1. No Refund on Used Services

Once an internet service plan is activated and used, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Refund on Prepaid Plans

Customers who have paid in advance for long-term plans (quarterly, half-yearly, or annually) may request a refund if they decide to cancel before activation. Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable processing fees.

3. Installation & Setup Fees

Installation and setup charges are non-refundable. These fees cover hardware installation, wiring, and initial configuration.

On service termination or hold customer should return CPE.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

Eligible refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as an adjustment in the next billing cycle.

5. Service Disruption & Compensation

If service disruption occurs due to our technical faults (excluding maintenance or external factors), compensation may be offered in the form of service extensions instead of monetary refunds.
