Refund Policy

Once an internet plan has been activated and used, no refund will be provided.

Customers cancelling prepaid services before activation may request a refund after deduction of applicable processing charges.

Installation, wiring and setup charges are non-refundable.

• Processed within 15–30 business days.
• Refunded to the original payment method whenever possible.

For disruptions caused by our technical faults, compensation may be provided through service extensions instead of monetary refunds.
